Fantastic job this week! Many, many thanks. Living overseas, it has been a bit nerve-wracking buying a house we've never seen, especially a short sale. Your openness to having one of my family members there and then calling me afterward did much to ease my mind. Thank you for your prompt report, and then being willing to go back out after the seller turned on the water.

I appreciate so much you taking the time to walk me thru "my" home. It helped alot. I messed wih the pilot light on the water heater and did get it to light. It was just being very stubborn.
